WE ARE HIRING AN EVENT MANAGER

Eastern Star Awards Company Ltd is currently recruiting an Event Manager to manage the day-to-day coordination of various events being managed by the company. We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events under our company. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.

DUTIES:

  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Work with our in-house consultants
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Lead promotional activities for the events
  • Supervise all activities
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Source for and secure sponsorship
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

REQUIREMENT

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or Undergraduate Degree in any relevant field
  • 1 year experience in the event management
